Winning the Inspire Award at the 2016 FTC World Championship

This was straight up insane to me. During the awards ceremony, I was surprised to see that we, FTC team 7013 Hot Wired Robotics, have been nominated for four different awards. But that was nothing compared to when I saw that we got nominated for the Inspire Award. This is an award we never thought we would get, as we got Second Place during the Super Regionals Tournament earlier that year. However, our presentation of our robot and outreach really got us far, as we won the most prestigious award in the entirety of the FIRST Tech Challenge. I was genuinely thrilled to find out we won this award, and I hope to spread my influence from Hot Wired to other teams when we slowly come to an end.
